Developed in 1996 a breath taking Naturally Aspirated inline six engine which produces up to 240 HP (@6000 RPM) and 236 lb-ft of Torque (@3800 RPM) dont let the number fool you, fitted in a E30 this engine is no joke the lightweight-ness of an E30 and the raw power of an S52 simply produce a beast whether its driven on the streets or on a track, purely a masterpiece with reliability and ability to modify you cant go wrong with this engine. Another High revving Naturally Aspirated inline six engine developed by BMW but with more kick, Developed in 2000 by some German Engineer in with a little too much caffeine in their system, you get a 333 (@7,900 RPM) HP engine with 262 lb-ft (@4,500 RPM) and with a max Redline of 8,000 RPM this will surely rip the asphalt off the road fitted in your E30.
