  • why do you use ebay to sell?

    eBay is a very easy, centralized way to sell engines and parts, but we aren’t limited to eBay alone. You can also discuss purchases and details over the phone if preferred.

  • how do core deposits work?

    A $1,500 core charge will be added to your payment at purchase. After you return the original engine and we confirm it is the same motor, we will refund the $1,500. The core’s condition doesn't matter, only that it's the same motor. You have one month from receiving the new engine to return the core for a refund.

  • do you offer better deals off of ebay?

    If you’re looking for a better deal than eBay, please contact us at 818-815-9996 and we can discuss pricing, work out a fair offer, and arrange payment either through PayPal or via our own secure invoice.

  • how does your warranty work?

    We offer an unlimited‑mileage, six‑month warranty for your peace of mind. Please keep in mind performance upgrades void the six month warranty.

  • Why do performance upgrades void my warranty?

    We've had customers improperly use our warranty in the past by tuning engines without installing the correct parts, so we tend to guard against this type of warranty abuse by voiding coverage in those cases; however, feel free to make any modifications or changes you like after the six-month warranty period has ended.

  • how long is your experince with bmws?

    We have over 35 years of experience with classic BMWs, specializing in engine rebuilding, swaps, and bodywork. Although SISEBMW was founded in 2013, our expertise and hands-on experience with these vehicles extend well beyond that date.
